Billing questions

How does the 7-day free trial work?

You pick a plan and enter your card, but you are not charged for seven days. You get full access to everything on that plan immediately. Cancel before day seven and you pay nothing at all.

Will I be reminded before I'm charged?

Yes. Stripe emails you before the trial ends, and you can cancel from that email or your receipt at any point.

What happens right after I sign up?

Your membership activates immediately against the email you signed up with. Head to the members area, enter your TikTok @username and you'll have a link for TikTok LIVE Studio or OBS within a minute.

Is there really no streaming limit on TikTok?

None. Stream for six hours, stream twice a day, leave a show running all evening — nothing is counted on TikTok LIVE on either plan. The only daily allowance is for YouTube Live, which is still in development: Blaze will include 4 hours a day, Inferno unlimited.

Can I use it on more than one TikTok account?

Yes. Your membership isn't tied to one channel — you enter whichever @username you're going live on and the games read that chat. Switch accounts whenever you like.

Which platforms are supported?

TikTok LIVE is fully supported and is our focus right now — enter your @username and every game reads your chat, no keys or bots. YouTube Live support is in development and will follow once the TikTok shows are fully rolled out.

Do I need a camera or microphone?

No. The shows have their own host who talks, reads names and runs the clock. You can be on camera alongside the game, or not at all.

What's the difference between Blaze and Inferno?

Nothing you can play today — every game is on both. Inferno is for people streaming daily who want new shows the moment they exist, a real person answering the same day, and unlimited YouTube when it ships. If you're not sure, start on Blaze; upgrades unlock immediately.

How do I cancel?

Cancel from your Stripe receipt, or email [email protected] and we'll do it for you. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged; cancel later and access runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
